  • Orders placed and paid on or before December 8th are included in the guaranteed delivery window.

  • All shipments include tracking and insurance.

  • If a delay occurs due to logistics saturation, we will notify you proactively.

  Exceptions

  The guarantee does not apply if:

  • The shipping address is incomplete or incorrect

  • Delivery is affected by customs issues specific to your country

  • Unforeseen events occur (weather disruptions, carrier strikes, etc.)

  In normal conditions, our delivery partners meet the Christmas deadline without issue.
