ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You have the option to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours free of charge, as long as the package has not been dispatched to the carrier's warehouse yet.

TERMS OF REFUND

We are committed to honoring refund requests for any product that has not been shipped within 7 days of payment confirmation.

EXCHANGE

We accept exchanges. 7 days after items has been delivered. However, please note that we do not cover the shipping fees for returns or re-shipping. We will proceed with the exchange once the item has been returned to us and passes inspection, ensuring it is intact, with all tags, and unworn. Upon confirmation, we will proceed with the shipment of the replacement item.

REFUND

All product prices on our website include worldwide shipping and insurance.
For this reason, in case of a refund request, a flat $20 shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
