Shipping Information and Process
We are delighted to inform you that once your order arrives at the carrier’s warehouse, they will handle the shipping process. Once the shipment clears Chinese customs, you will receive an email with your tracking information, which can also ends in junk mails. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.
Shipping Process:
- Once your order is placed, we will prepare and deliver your items to the carrier’s warehouse, typically within 3 days.
- After the carrier receives the package, it will be processed and forwarded for shipping.
- You will receive an email with your tracking number once the package is in transit. Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear.
Shipping Times by Region:
- United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France: Estimated delivery time is approximately 15 days.
- Canada, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Finland: Estimated delivery time is approximately 21 days.
Carrier Information: For direct orders, we work with Yanwen or Yun Express as our trusted shipping carriers. These services ensure a smooth delivery process and reliable tracking updates.
Post-Warehouse Process:
- Once the shipment arrives at the carrier’s warehouse, it undergoes necessary customs clearance procedures in China.
- After clearing customs, the package will be forwarded to the destination country, where it will continue to be tracked until delivery.

TAXES
We do not charge tax when you check out, but your local customs officials will assess taxes.
Before allowing the item to enter your country. The carrier will usually pay these fees on your behalf and collect them from you at the time of delivery.
You are responsible for all customs fees, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees, assessed at the border before delivery.
SEIZURES
Shipping & Insurance Policy
Since 2025, shipping insurance is included in our pricing.
This insurance means that if a jacket is seized by customs, we will reship a new one.
What the insurance covers

Customs seizure only
If the item is seized by customs, a replacement will be sent.
What the insurance does NOT cover
The insurance does not cover:

Lost or stolen parcels

Delivery issues once the parcel has entered the destination country

Wrong or incomplete shipping addresses

Failed delivery due to an unreachable recipient

Situations where local mailboxes are too small or where no parcel drop-off point is available
In these cases, we rely on the tracking number.
Once the parcel is handed over to the local carrier, the local delivery service is responsible.
We will always assist you in locating the package, but we cannot be held responsible for these situations and no reshipment or refund will be issued.

Delivery Notice
Please note that our parcels are shipped in boxes with an average size of 40 × 30 × 20 cm.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

Their mailbox is large enough to receive a parcel of this size, or
-
The local courier is able to deliver the parcel directly to the door (apartment access, elevator, reception, concierge, etc.).
Important delivery information
In some cases, if the parcel does not fit in the mailbox and the courier cannot access the delivery address, the package may be marked as “delivered” by the local carrier without being successfully handed over.
In such situations:

We rely on the tracking number and carrier status.

Once the parcel is marked as delivered, responsibility lies with the local delivery service.
We will always assist you in contacting the carrier and trying to locate the parcel, but we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or disputes caused by mailbox size limitations, access issues, or delivery conditions at the destination address.
Customer responsibility
By placing an order, the customer confirms that their delivery address is suitable for receiving a parcel of this size and that delivery access is possible.
No refund or reshipment will be issued in case of delivery disputes related to the above situations.

Special cases
If a parcel is seized or blocked in China, we will do our best to recover it.

If the item is successfully returned to us, we will proceed with a reshipment.

If recovery is not possible, please contact us so we can discuss the best possible solution for both parties.

RETURN
Please contact us before returning an item for an estimate of your return shipping charges.
MISSING, INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please accept our apologies if your order was not processed correctly. Please contact us, and we will do our best to correct your order as efficiently as possible.
IMPORTANT:
We recommend all our customer to unbox the package when receive with a video. can be used as proof if coat has been damaged, missing items, defective items, or incorrect items.
