HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Ordering online is simple and secure. Our website will guide you through the ordering process.

  1. Browse our catalog and select the items you want.
  2. Choose the right size using our size chart for accurate sizing.
  3. Confirm your order by providing your personal information. You can also leave a note if necessary.
  4. Optionally, you can select to apply for insurance for shipment. We will reship a new item for you if your first package got seized. Our carrier is Yanwen.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

Once we have received your complete order, it takes approximately 72 hours to prepare your items for shipment.

Delivery to most physical addresses typically takes 7 to 15 business days.

You will receive a tracking number 48-72 hours after the shipping date.

 

 

HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT?

Payment is not made directly on our website. We accept transfers through Transferwise (www.wise.com). Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with all the necessary information to complete the payment on www.wise.com. It's a safe and user-friendly platform. You will receive a receipt fromWise as proof of payment.

Our prices are in USD. Select Chinese RMB as the receiver's currency, and the transaction rate will be automatically converted. Fees are covered by us. If you are using a currency other than USD, you can make the conversion from your own currency if it's listed on Wise.com.

The fur we use is real coyote fur. We meticulously select the best parts and colors available for our fur. However, please note that we cannot control the exact color as it varies naturally. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
